Before

A 30-person e-commerce team spent ~12 hours a week copying orders from their webshop into their accounting system by hand — slow, and error-prone around busy periods.

What I built

An automation that syncs new orders into accounting automatically, validates them, and flags only the handful that genuinely need a human to look.

Result

≈10 hours a week given back to the team, far fewer data-entry mistakes, and faster, cleaner books.

Before

A founder handled inbound leads from a contact form and inbox manually. Responses were slow, and some enquiries quietly fell through the cracks.

What I built

A lead-routing workflow: instant auto-reply, the lead logged to the CRM, and the right person notified — with a nudge if nobody follows up in time.

Result

First response time dropped from a day to minutes, and no enquiry gets lost. Every lead is captured and chased.
